Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a Department Coordinator to coordinate field employees in Olathe, KS. You will help ensure services meet customer satisfaction and support dispatching and scheduling.

Responsibilities include scheduling technicians, processing job details, assisting with billing, and providing accurate work orders to the warehouse. Strong communication and organization are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in a dispatch or high-volume administration setting is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and focus on customer service.

Responsibilities

• Schedule technicians to customer job sites and finalize job details for processing.
• Ensure COD payments are collected prior to job completion.
• Maintain technician schedules and align tickets for materials, billing, and voided tickets.
• Run and manage department reports to meet customer expectations.
• Assist with billing paperwork and meet billing document requirements.
• Create and maintain service tickets to ensure service dates are met.
• Coordinate with estimating team to provide service quotes when required.
• Assist field techs with troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Provide accurate work orders and picking lists to the warehouse for inventory.
