Job summary

Antech is seeking a Diagnostic Sales Manager to lead veterinary diagnostics sales across a regional territory. You will promote Reference Lab services, in-house diagnostics, telemedicine offerings, and imaging systems, while partnering with Equipment Specialists and SDx teams to grow the business.

The role requires 3+ years of field sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and a driving license. Travel up to 85% within the territory is expected as you expand accounts and close contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of successful field sales experience, veterinary diagnostics preferred.
• Proven track record of prospecting, pre-call planning and closing deals.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Salesforce; ability to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement territory coverage plans and conduct 85%+ in-person sales calls.
• Drive diagnostic revenue growth for Reference Lab, imaging, and in-house diagnostics.
• Advance sales to closure while following the sales operations process.
• Develop quarterly sales plans to meet goals and compensation targets.
• Provide product education, training, and service to staff and veterinarians.
• Build relationships with referral sources and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities.
• Manage territory expenses, renewals, and new business opportunities.
• Complete Salesforce and other admin duties, forecast accurately.
