Job summary

Worldwide TechServices, LLC in the United States is seeking a Dynamic PC Support technician to perform desktop and laptop troubleshooting, provide client-facing service, and support Desk Side applications.

You will handle service calls within SLAs, document activity, and maintain equipment inventory; travel to client sites as needed, and lift up to 50 lbs. A technical school certification or equivalent and 0–2 years' experience are typical requirements.

Qualifications

• Education: technical school certification or equivalent.
• Zero to two years of relevant experience preferred.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver all service calls within the SLA for each client.
• Meet customer service satisfaction criteria per guidelines.
• Complete administrative tasks outlined in policies.
• Real-time reporting of all calls per policies.
• Follow policies relating to service delivery for each client.
• Control assets and inventory with prompt turnaround of parts.
• Report activity in a timely and accurate manner.
• Follow safety policies and guidelines daily.
• Other duties as assigned.
