Job summary

Worldwide TechServices is seeking a Dynamic PC Support technician to perform troubleshooting for desktops and laptops and provide direct client interaction to resolve issues promptly. The role may support Desk Side applications and infrastructure, interacting with clients to address technical issues.

Responsibilities include handling service calls within SLAs, documenting activities, and ensuring accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent with 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Maintain OEM certifications as directed by Management.
• Knowledge of relevant software and hardware.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver all service calls within the client’s SLA.
• Meet customer service satisfaction criteria.
• Complete administrative tasks per policies and guidelines.
• Provide real-time reporting of all calls.
• Follow established policies for service delivery.
• Control assets and inventory per client agreements.
• Report activity accurately and timely.
• Adhere to safety policies and guidelines.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
