Job summary

Worldwide TechServices is seeking a Dynamic PC Support technician to diagnose and repair desktops and laptops, supportDesk‑side applications, and interact with clients to resolve issues promptly. The role requires travel to client locations and adherence to service guidelines.

Qualifications include a technical school certification or equivalent and 0–2 years of relevant experience, plus a valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Tech school certification or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of hardware and software for client devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and complete service calls within client SLAs.
• Meet customer service satisfaction criteria per policies.
• Complete administrative tasks for each call according to guidelines.
• Document real-time reporting of all calls.
• Follow policies and guidelines for service delivery.
• Manage assets/inventory with prompt parts turnaround.
• Report activity accurately and timely.
• Follow safety policies and daily guidelines.
• Other duties as needed to meet business requirements.
