Job summary

Worldwide TechServices is seeking a Dynamic PC Support technician to perform desktop and laptop troubleshooting and on-site service for clients. You will travel to client locations, deliver timely support, and maintain equipment per client agreements.

Responsibilities include handling service calls within SLA, documenting activities, and ensuring asset control. A technical school certification or equivalent and 0–2 years of experience are typical requirements; driving and lifting up to 50 lbs

Qualifications

Technical school certification or equivalent.
0-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Provide customer support for designated equipment.
Accept and deliver all service calls within the established service level agreement for each client.
Meet established customer service satisfaction criteria as outlined in guidelines.
Complete all administrative tasks associated with each call as documented.
Complete real-time reporting of all calls as documented.
Follow established policies, guidelines, and documents for service delivery.
Ensure control of assets and inventory through prompt turnaround of parts.
Report all activity in a timely manner.
Adhere to safety policies and guidelines daily.
Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
