Job summary

Worldwide TechServices is seeking a Dynamic PC Support technician to troubleshoot desktops and laptops and provide customer support at client sites. You will diagnose issues, follow SLAs, and document call details while maintaining safety and professional conduct.

The role requires basic repair skills, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to travel to client locations, including long distances and occasional overnight assignments.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients.
• Owns basic repair toolkit and can lift/move equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Technical school certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver all service calls within SLA.
• Meet customer service satisfaction criteria as guidelines.
• Complete administrative tasks for each call.
• Real-time reporting of all calls per policy.
• Follow policies for successful client service delivery.
• Control assets and inventory with prompt turnaround of parts.
• Report activity accurately and timely.
• Adhere to safety policies; other duties as needed.
