Leidos is seeking a Mid-level Desktop Support Technician to support a government site in Mayport, FL as part of the Field Services team. The role focuses on desk-side support, troubleshooting, and repairing IT devices at a government site.

The position requires US citizenship, DoD Secret Clearance, and a DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (Security+ or higher). The work involves physical tasks and potential travel between locations.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required.
• DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• HS diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education/certifications.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II: Security+ or higher certification.
• Experience with Windows OS (Windows 10).
• Experience with service desk ticketing tools.

Responsabilités

• Manage resolution of customer tickets per SLAs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user hardware and software issues.
• Maintain timely completion of customer tasks.
• Troubleshoot local and networked printers and devices.
• Assist other technicians in resolving complex issues.
