Job summary

Axon is seeking a Professional Services Manager to deploy and support Vehicle Intelligence and ALPR technologies in public safety trials across the United States. This role is customer-facing and field-based, providing hands-on installation, configuration, and validation to ensure successful evaluations.

You will lead on-site deployments, train agency staff, troubleshoot complex field issues, and collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success to deliver value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years deploying, configuring, or supporting technology in related industries.
• 3+ years hands-on ALPR experience.
• Experience with fixed-position ALPR camera deployments.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, validate, and support Vehicle Intelligence and ALPR technologies during trials and deployments.
• Lead on-site technical deployments and ensure successful evaluations.
• Onboard and train agency administrators and end users.
