Job summary

DEX Imaging is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain copiers, printers, and multifunction devices at customer sites. You will install, configure, and test equipment and provide on-site support.

We value hands-on troubleshooting, strong customer service, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive service team. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mechanical problem solving for office technology equipment.
• Ability to diagnose issues on copiers, printers and multifunction devices.
• Willingness to learn manufacturer procedures.
• Experience in technician roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair copiers, printers, and multifunction devices at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine service calls.
• Install, configure, and test equipment at customer locations.
• Provide excellent customer service and technical support during onsite visits.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate repair updates clearly.
• Manage assigned territory and service schedule efficiently.
• Work independently while staying connected to a supportive service team.
• Continue developing knowledge of office technology and manufacturer procedures.
