Job summary

DEX Imaging is seeking a Systems Engineer I (Field-Based) to install and service copier and printer systems at customer sites. This hands-on role focuses on solving real-world device issues and ensuring seamless workflows.

You will travel locally, configure devices, connect to networks, install drivers, and document work. Entry-level candidates are welcome; technical training is provided to build a strong foundation for future growth.

Responsibilities

Install and configure document imaging equipment.
Troubleshoot connectivity and print/scan issues.
Work directly with customers to ensure devices integrate properly into their workflows.
Build a strong technical foundation that can lead to Systems Engineer II, III, or Install Project Coordinator roles.
Install and set up copiers and printers.
Connect devices to customer networks.
Set up print drivers and scan-to-email/scan-to-folder.
Troubleshoot printing and scanning issues.
Provide friendly, professional customer support.
