DEX Imaging is seeking a Service Technician to perform diagnostics, service repairs, and maintenance on copier equipment at customer sites. The role requires mechanical reliability, strong communication, and independent work habits, with regular field visits and on-site installation tasks.

Formación

• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Six months to one year related experience and/or training.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Superb customer service skills and an ability to diagnose and solve problems from non-technical descriptions provided by customers.

Responsabilidades

• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
• Manage on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
• Produce timely and detailed service reports.
• Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols.
• Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization.
• Maintain knowledge on existing products and pursue additional technical and product knowledge by participating in training programs.
