Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking a field operations professional to join our Phoenix project. You will coordinate site activities, maintain schedules, prepare daily reports, ensure drawings and specifications are followed, and supervise subcontractors.

Responsibilities include safety and quality oversight, progress reporting, document control, and effective communication with project management and clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with construction or field operations experience.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site operations, including scheduling, daily reporting, quality control, and subcontractor communication.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety and quality, aligned with project drawings and specifications.
• Maintain the project schedule and escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports; maintain on-site records.
• Ensure contractors use the latest design drawing revision; provide support to the Project Construction Manager.

Education
