Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking a Site Construction Coordinator for a Phoenix, AZ project. You will work with the site construction lead to coordinate field operations, scheduling, daily reporting, quality control, and subcontractor communications.

Responsibilities include overseeing subcontractors, maintaining the project schedule, preparing daily/quality reports, capturing progress photos, and ensuring drawings are up-to-date. Travel up to 100%.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus nine years of construction or field operations experience.
• Associate degree plus six years of construction or field operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus three years of relevant experience in construction management, engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate overall field operations with the site construction lead, including scheduling, daily reporting, quality control, and subcontractor communication.
• Oversee subcontractors and construction activities to ensure safety, quality and alignment with drawings and specs.
• Maintain adherence to project schedule and escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports as official project records.
• Take progress photos, label them, and support Monthly Progress Reports.
• Ensure contractors use the latest design drawing revisions for construction.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Associate degree in Construction Management or related field

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline
