Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 9 years of construction or field operations experience.
• Associate degree with 6 years of construction or field operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant experience in Construction Management or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field operations with the site construction lead, including scheduling and daily reporting.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and conformance to drawings.
• Maintain project schedule and escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports.
• Assist with Monthly Progress Reports and manage document control.
