Job summary

JKL Associates, a Division of PUSH, is hiring a Construction Superintendent for the NW Region. The role leads projects, mentors foremen and crews, and ensures safety, quality and profitability across assignments.

Responsibilities include staffing, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and daily reporting. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of supervisory utility construction experience, a valid driver's license, and strong leadership and planning skills.

Qualifications

• 5 years supervisory experience in utility construction.
• Must have valid driver’s license; Class A CDL preferred.
• Ability to motivate, mentor, and lead teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel and work on diverse outdoor projects.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed safety, quality and productivity requirements for projects.
• Direct and mentor Foreman and crews to ensure on-time completion and financial targets.
• Staff projects, recruit talent, and promote career advancement.
• Manage employee relations, performance evaluations, and subcontractor approvals.
• Plan and schedule projects, monitor progress, and address issues to meet deadlines.
• Maintain daily logs, time reports, and project paperwork.
• Coordinate pre-planning mobilization of crews and resources.
• Adhere to safety procedures and company policies.
