Job summary

JKL Associates, a division of PUSH, seeks a Superintendent to manage and direct utility construction projects. You will mentor foremen and crews, ensure safety, quality, and productivity, and maintain strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, and engineers.

You will staff and develop teams, oversee scheduling, and monitor budgets, reporting to the Fleet Manager and coordinating with field personnel to meet deadlines. A CDL and driving flexibility are preferred.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years supervisory experience within a utility construction setting.
• Must be able to motivate, mentor, and lead teams.
• Valid Driver’s License, Class A CDL preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and mentor Foreman and crews to ensure on-time completion while meeting financial and non-financial objectives.
• Staff projects, recruit talent, and promote career advancement.
• Monitor project safety, quality, productivity, and budgets; take corrective actions as needed.
• Approve subcontractors’ units, production, quality, and inventory; manage change orders.
