Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking an Intermediate Construction Professional to work in the field at a client project site. The role provides field engineering, site administration, and coordination with the site construction lead on scheduling, quality control, and documentation.

You will oversee subcontractors, ensure safety and quality according to drawings, prepare daily and monthly reports, capture progress photographs, and assist with progress payments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with nine years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree with six years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline with three years of relevant experience.
• OSHA 30 preferred.
• Willingness to work at project locations throughout the United States (100% in the field).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the site construction lead on field operations, scheduling and daily reports.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety, quality and compliance with drawings.
• Maintain daily and quality inspection reports; ensure up-to-date drawings.
• Prepare monthly progress reports and capture progress photographs.
• Assist project management with contract extras and progress payments.
