Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking an Intermediate Construction Professional to work in the field at client project sites. You will perform field engineering, site administration, design and construction support, estimating, quality control, scheduling, safety adherence, and provide technical direction under general supervision.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
• High school diploma plus nine years of relevant experience or an associate/bachelor’s degree with related experience.
• Degrees must be in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Assist and coordinate with the site construction lead on scheduling, daily/quality reports, drawings conformance, and subcontractor communication.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and alignment with drawings.
• Adhere to the project schedule and escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager.
