The LiRo Group is actively seeking a Construction Project Manager for the Dannemora, NY area. The role involves serving as Engineer-In-Charge, overseeing 4–5 construction projects for NYS agencies, coordinating with design teams, and ensuring safety, schedules, and quality control are met on site.

The position requires extensive construction experience, including leadership on large-scale projects, with a strong focus on documentation, change management, and stakeholder communication.

Competenze

• 6+ years of experience in construction for large-scale building/rehabilitation projects.
• At least 3 years as an assistant project manager for projects over $5M.
• Strong knowledge of cost and change management and risk mitigation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with scheduling, safety, quality control, and coordination with design teams.
• Experience with secure facilities is a plus.

Mansioni

• Serve as Engineer-In-Charge from the field office in Dannemora, NY.
• Manage 4–5 construction projects for clients including DOCCS, DEC, DOT, and DMNA.
• Oversee construction activities, review schedules, RFIs, design changes, and contractor payments.
• Lead onsite inspection, quality control, and turnover activities; maintain records and submittals.
