LiRo-Hill seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee preconstruction design processes for NYS OGS, coordinating with consultants and agency clients. You will manage schedules, scope, and quality across multiple design disciplines and maintain rigorous project documentation.

Ideal candidates hold a relevant degree or PMP with several years of design/construction experience, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and Bluebeam Revu.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field with 4+ years of experience; or
• Associate degree with 6+ years of experience; or PMP with 4+ years in design/construction.
• Experience leading multi-discipline design projects and coordinating with consultants.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact between Division, state agency clients, and design consultants during pre-construction.
• Review consultant submissions at key milestones for completeness and adequacy.
• Identify scope changes, schedule slippage, and quality issues; coordinate corrective action.
• Maintain accurate project records in the PM system with current forecasts and milestones.
• Support field trips, site visits, and meetings with agency clients as required.
• Contribute to constructability reviews and design coordination activities.
