Job summary

The LiRo Group in Corinth, NY is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Dam Construction Inspection to lead dam construction inspection efforts for the Conklingville Dam project. You will act as the EIC, coordinate with design, construction teams, clients, and regulators to keep scope, schedule, and budget aligned.

Ideal candidates bring at least eight years of multi-district construction experience, including four years in a Senior Project Manager role for projects over $10M, with OSHA 30

Qualifications

• Must have degree from accredited college in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum eight (8) years in construction with multiple phases of large-scale projects.
• Four (4) years as Senior Project Manager for large-scale projects >$10M.

Responsibilities

• Act as EIC for dam construction projects, perform inspections, document inspections, and run biweekly and evolution meetings.
• Interface between design, construction, the client and authorities; ensure schedules and budgets.
• Maintain project records and ensure contractor performance complies with contract terms.
