LiRo-Hill is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee 4-5 projects in Dannemora, NY, coordinating between design, construction, client, and authorities. The EIC will manage schedules, submittals, field meetings, and ensure compliance with contract documents.

Qualifications include at least six years in multi-phase construction, three years as an assistant PM on >$5M projects, OSHA 30, and strong cost/change management experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum six years in multi-phase large-scale construction projects.
• At least three years as an assistant project manager on projects over $5M.
• Must have knowledge of scheduling, safety, quality, and design coordination.
• OSHA 30 certification required.

Responsabilités

• Construction management: coordinate design, construction, client, and authority stakeholders.
• Inspection: review workmanship, perform inspections, document field changes.
• Supervision: lead field team, ensure accurate inspection reports and progress.
