Job summary

LiRo-Hill seeks a Construction Project Manager for the Saranac Lake, NY area to act as Engineer-In-Charge and manage multiple projects for state clients. The role requires strong construction management skills and field leadership.

Responsibilities include coordinating design and construction teams, reviewing RFIs and changes, monitoring safety, quality, and schedules, and ensuring contract compliance. The ideal candidate has extensive multi-project experience and OSHA 30 certification.

Qualifications

• Six years of multi-phase construction experience on large-scale projects.
• Minimum three years as assistant project manager on projects over $5M.
• OSHA 30 certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 4-5 construction projects from field office in Saranac Lake.
• Liaise between design, construction, client, and regulators; manage schedules and changes.
• Review RFIs, design changes, submittals, and field change orders; monitor costs.
