Job summary

The LiRo Group seeks an Assistant Project Manager for Malone, NY to support daily management of multiple contracts at the regional field office. You will coordinate between design, construction and authorities, review schedules, RFIs, and change orders, and mentor field staff.

Qualifications

Minimum four years in construction with multiple project phases.
At least two years as a superintendent or project engineer on $5M+ projects.
Thorough knowledge of RFI tracking, contract interpretation, CPM scheduling, and cost/change management.
Experience inspecting in secure facilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

Coordinate construction management between design, construction, client and authorities; manage submittals and meetings.
Review schedules, RFIs, design changes, and monitor field performance and delays.
Deploy and supervise field inspection teams, ensuring accuracy of reports and compliance.
