The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience, a degree in Construction Management or Engineering, and strong leadership and communication skills. Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of successful construction project management experience.
• Experience in major higher education building projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Point of Contact to Client and Consultants.
• Lead the project team as the Client’s On-site Representative.
• Provide regular evaluation of project schedule and budget.
• Provide QA/QC oversight for internal project team.
