Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus nine (9) years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree plus six (6) years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree plus three (3) years of relevant experience The associate or bachelor's degree must be in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Assist and coordinate with the site construction lead on field operations, including scheduling, daily and quality reports, conformances to drawings and specs, and subcontractor communication.
• Oversee subcontractors and construction to ensure safety, quality, and drawings compliance.
• Ensure adherence to project schedule; escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports for review with site leadership.
• Take progress photographs and label each image for records.
• Assist with Monthly Progress Reports.
• Ensure contractors use latest revision drawings for construction.
• May assist Project Construction Manager.
• May be responsible for key trade/subcontractor coordination.
• Prepare contract extras and progress payments for client approval with Project Manager.
• Provide clear, professional correspondence with project management and clients.
