Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking an Intermediate Construction Professional to perform field engineering, site administration, and construction support at client project sites. Work spans field and office, with focus on scheduling, QA/QC, and documentation under supervision.

Responsibilities include coordinating with site leads, supervising subcontractors for safety and quality, and producing daily and monthly progress reports. Travel is 100% in this field role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with relevant field experience.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related discipline.
• Knowledge of site documentation, drawings, schedules, and QA/QC practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site operations, scheduling, daily and quality reports.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety and quality per drawings.
• Maintain project schedule and escalate delays to management.
• Prepare daily and quality inspection reports for recordkeeping.
• Capture progress photos and label them for documentation.
• Assist with monthly progress reports and design revisions on site.
