Job summary

This position works in the field at a client project site and supports scheduling, quality control, safety, and documentation.

The Intermediate Construction Professional will assist the site construction lead with daily reports, progress photos, and progress reporting, ensuring adherence to project drawings

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus nine (9) years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree plus six (6) years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus three (3) years of relevant experience. The associate or bachelor's degree must be in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Assist and coordinate with the field construction lead on scheduling, daily reports, quality control, drawings conformity, and subcontractor communication.
• Oversee subcontractors and construction to ensure safety, quality, and alignment with drawings.
