Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 9 years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree with 6 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience; degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field operations with the site construction lead and manage daily scheduling, reports, and QC documentation.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and conformance to drawings.
• Ensure compliance with the project schedule and escalate delays when needed.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports for review with the site lead.
• Take progress photographs and label each image for records.
• Assist with Monthly Progress Reports and update drawing revisions as required.
• Maintain on-site records per project requirements.
