Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in construction management or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, and Primavera scheduling software.
• Strong team player with organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; detail oriented and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Provide field leadership for day-to-day operations and coordinate vendors/subcontractors.
• Maintain project schedule updates and lead pull planning efforts.
• Oversee site construction activities to meet the Project Schedule and Contract Documents.
• Attend site inspections with AHJ, inspectors, and clients as needed.
• Coordinate installation between trades and drive progress per Schedule.
• Support safety plans and daily reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with field leadership to drive efficiencies and best practices.
• Ensure project health is reviewed in management update meetings.
