Job summary

Clayton is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support our retail team in delivering timely project completion with world-class service. You will handle field construction coordination, permits, walk-throughs, and service coordination while collaborating with contractors and customers.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail construction environment.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of construction and customer relations required.
• Ability to learn and operate company software.

Responsibilities

• Completes all bill-backs with factories and related paperwork.
• Processes contractor bills.
• Responsible for customer files.
• Assist in obtaining permits.
• Follow-up with contractors and customers for service calls and paperwork.
• Manage Home Centers Net Promoter Score (NPS).
• Schedule set-up, delivery, and other service items with contractors and customers.
• Follow-up with customers using various contact methods, including home visits.
• Merchandise the retail location and homes.
• Assist in audits preparation.
• Collaborate with manager on exceptions and questions.
• Protect company assets.
• Participate in sales meetings and company events.
• Support marketing promotions and events.
• Contribute to a positive team environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
