Responsibilities

• Completes all bill-backs with factories and related paperwork.
• Processes contractor bills and maintains customer files.
• Assists in obtaining permits and coordinates service with contractors and customers.
• Tracks follow-ups for service calls and paperwork collection.
• Manages Home Centers NPS and customer service quality.
• Schedules delivery and other service items with contractors and customers.
• Performs home merchandising and prepares spaces for audits.
• Participates in sales meetings and marketing events.
• Protects company assets and supports team objectives.
