Job summary

Clayton is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support the retail team in completing construction on time while delivering world-class service. The role involves field construction management, permitting, walk-throughs and coordinating service, reporting to the Home Center General Manager.

The position requires strong communication, construction knowledge and customer relations. You will handle contractor invoices, filings, scheduling, audits, and team collaboration to ensure smooth

Responsibilities

• Process contractor bills and manage related paperwork.
• Maintain customer files and service records.
• Assist in obtaining permits and coordinating with contractors.
• Schedule delivery, service calls, and field work.
• Protect company assets and support audits.
• Participate in meetings and company events.
• Move/display furniture and merchandize retail locations as needed.
