The Construction Project Coordinator reports to the Home Center General Manager and helps our retail team complete construction in a timely, quality manner, including field construction, permitting, walk-throughs and coordinating service.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction industry.

• Able to pass background check and post-offer drug screen.
• Two-year degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete bill-backs with factories and related paperwork.
• Process contractor bills.
• Assist in obtaining permits.
• Coordinate service calls with contractors and customers.
• Schedule set-up, delivery and other service items with contractors and customers.
• Protect company assets and support audits.
• Participate in sales meetings and company events.
