Job summary

Clayton is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support field construction, permitting, walkthroughs, and service coordination. You will work with the retail team to ensure timely project completion and world-class service.

Responsibilities include processing contractor bills, managing customer files, and coordinating with contractors and customers for service calls. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to lift and move furniture and promotional items.
• Reliable and dependable with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process bill-backs and contractor paperwork with accuracy.
• Coordinate permits, service calls, and walkthroughs.
• Schedule delivery and service with contractors and customers.
• Maintain Home Center NPS and customer files.
• Support audits and participate in team meetings.
• Assist with merchandising and event activities.
• Protect company assets and collaborate with management on exceptions.
