Reporting to the Home Center General Manager, this role involves permitting, site visits, contractor coordination, and collaboration with customers to deliver world-class service.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and customer-relations skills.
• Knowledge of construction practices.
• Ability to work in a team and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency with computer software and company tools.
• Two-year degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes billings with factories and paperwork.
• Processes contractor bills and maintains customer files.
• Assist in obtaining permits and coordinating service calls.
• Schedule set-up and delivery with contractors and customers.
• Follow-up with customers, including home visits.
• Maintain Home Centers Net Promoter Score (NPS).
• Participate in sales meetings and company events.
• Protect company assets and assist audits.
