Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking an Intermediate Construction Professional to perform field engineering, site administration, and construction support at client project sites in the United States. You will assist the site construction lead with scheduling, quality control, and documentation while overseeing subcontractors to ensure safety and conformance to drawings.

100% in-field work with the Project Construction Manager, and applicability to heavy industrial projects

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent plus nine (9) years of relevant experience.
Associate degree plus six (6) years of relevant experience.
Bachelor’s degree plus three (3) years of relevant experience. The associate or bachelor's degree must be in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

Assist and coordinate with the site construction lead on scheduling, daily reports, quality control reports, conformances to drawings, specifications, and communication with subcontractors.
Oversee subcontractors and construction to ensure safety, quality, and alignment with drawings.
Ensure work adheres to project schedule and escalate delays to Project Construction Manager.
Write Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports for review with the site construction lead or Project Construction Manager.
