Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking an Intermediate Construction Professional to perform field engineering, site administration, and coordination on client projects. The role is 100% field-based with travel across the United States, reporting to the Project Construction Manager.

You will assist with daily reports, quality control, drawings conformity, and subcontractor oversight to ensure safety, schedule and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Minimum nine years of relevant field construction experience or a combination as specified (depending on degree).
• Experience coordinating field operations, scheduling and documentation.
• Ability to work with drawings, specifications and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with field lead on scheduling, daily and quality control reports.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety, quality and drawings conformance.
• Maintain project records, progress photographs and monthly progress reports.
• Communicate project issues clearly to management and clients.
• Ensure use of the latest design drawing revisions and assist Project Construction Manager.
