Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking a Construction Field Operations Coordinator for our Phoenix project. You will work with the site construction lead to coordinate scheduling, daily reporting, and quality control on site.

Responsibilities include supervising subcontractors, ensuring safety and adherence to drawings, preparing daily and inspection reports, and maintaining updated records. Travel is 100% with competitive compensation and benefit packages.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus nine years of construction or field operations experience.
• Associate degree plus six years of construction or field operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus three years of relevant experience. Degree must be in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate overall field operations with the site construction lead, including scheduling, daily reporting, and quality control.
• Oversee subcontractors and construction activities to ensure safety, quality, and conformance to drawings and specs.
• Maintain project schedule, escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports as official project records.
• Maintain on-site records and ensure latest design drawings revisions are used.
• Assist Project Construction Manager with Monthly Progress Reports and close communication with management and clients.
