Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus nine (9) years of construction or field operations experience.
• Associate degree plus six (6) years of construction or field operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus three (3) years of relevant experience. The associate or bachelor’s degree must be in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate overall field operations with the site construction lead, including scheduling, daily reporting, quality control, and subcontractor communication.
• Oversee subcontractors and construction activities to ensure safety, quality, and conformance with drawings and specifications.
• Maintain project schedules, escalate delays, and prepare daily and quality inspection reports for official records.
• Prepare progress reports and ensure use of latest design drawings and revisions.
• Assist Project Construction Manager and support key trades to facilitate progress and client communication.
