Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking a skilled Site Construction Coordinator to join our project in Phoenix, AZ. You will coordinate field operations, manage daily reports, and ensure work aligns with drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities include supervising subcontractors, maintaining project records, and preparing progress reports. 100% travel and a strong emphasis on safety and quality are required for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with nine years of construction or field operations experience.
• Associate degree plus six years of construction or field operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus three years of relevant experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate overall field operations with the site construction lead, including scheduling, daily reporting, quality control, and subcontractor communication.
• Oversee subcontractors and construction activities to ensure safety, quality, and alignment with drawings and specifications.
• Maintain project schedule, escalate delays to Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports as official project records.
• Take progress photographs and label each photograph for documentation.
• Assist with Monthly Progress Reports and ensure use of latest design drawings revision.
• Prepare contract extras and progress payments in collaboration with the Project Manager.
• Provide clear correspondence with project management and clients; maintain on-site records per document control standards.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent + 9 years of construction/field operations experience

Associate degree + 6 years of construction/field operations experience

Bachelor’s degree + 3 years of relevant experience (Construction Management, Engineering, or related)
