Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking a field operations pro to coordinate on-site activities at our Phoenix project. You will work closely with the site construction lead to manage scheduling, daily reports, QC, and subcontractor communications, ensuring adherence to drawings and project standards.

You will supervise subcontractors, monitor safety and quality, track progress against the schedule, and prepare formal reports for project records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with nine years of construction or field operations experience.
• Associate degree with six years of construction or field operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with three years of relevant experience; degree fields include Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate overall field operations with the site construction lead, including scheduling, daily reporting, quality control, and subcontractor communication.
• Oversee subcontractors and construction activities to ensure safety, quality, and alignment with drawings and specifications.
• Monitor project schedule and escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager as needed.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports for official project records.
