Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, seeks an on-site Construction Field Coordinator for a Phoenix project. You will coordinate field operations with the site construction lead, manage scheduling, daily reporting, quality control, and subcontractor communications.

Responsibilities include overseeing subcontractors, maintaining project records, preparing reports, and ensuring drawings and revisions are followed. 100% travel required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus nine years of construction or field operations experience.
• Associate degree plus six years of construction or field operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus three years of relevant experience in Construction Management or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate overall field operations with the site construction lead, including scheduling, daily reporting, quality control, and subcontractor communication.
• Oversee subcontractors and activities to ensure safety, quality, and conformance with drawings and specifications.
• Maintain project schedule, escalate delays as needed, and prepare progress and quality inspection reports.
• Ensure contractors use the latest design drawing revisions and assist with monthly progress and client communications.
• Prepare contract extras and progress payments with guidance from the Project Manager.
