Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site operations with construction lead, including scheduling and daily reporting.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and alignment with drawings and specs.
• Maintain project records, reports, and adherence to the project schedule.
• Prepare progress reports and ensure latest design drawings are used in construction.
• Communicate professionally with project management and clients on issues.
• Assist Project Construction Manager as needed and support key trades as required.
