Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 9 years of construction/field ops.
• Associate degree plus 6 years of construction/field ops.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of relevant experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project scheduling, daily reporting, quality control, and subcontractor communication.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and conformance to drawings and specs.
• Ensure adherence to established project schedule and escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports as official project records.
• Assist with Monthly Progress Reports and ensure latest design revisions are used.
• Maintain on-site records and files per document control standards.
