Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 9+ years of field ops experience.
• Associate degree with 6+ years of field ops experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline with 3+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site operations with the construction lead, including scheduling, daily reporting, quality control, and subcontractor communication.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and conformance with drawings and specs.
• Maintain schedule adherence and escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports as official project records.
• Assist Project Construction Manager with Monthly Progress Reports and ensure latest drawings are used.
