Job summary

The Walt Disney Company in Florida is seeking a Computer Systems Tech to provide hardware support across parks and resorts. You will troubleshoot IOS/Android devices, manage wireless environments and refresh desktops or laptops to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in computer hardware support.
• Experience with Mac OS and Windows operating systems.
• Experience installing and troubleshooting NCR/DLI Point of Sale equipment.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting and configuring of IOS and Android devices.
• Support an environment of wireless technology.
• Execute desktop or laptop refreshes.
• Follow safety and PPE guidelines as required.

Education

Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or equivalent work experience
