Job summary

Durango Casino & Resort is seeking a Property Support Technician to install, maintain, and support personal computing devices, POS terminals, gaming systems, kiosks, and mobile devices. You will configure hardware and software, manage assets, and respond to end-user requests while meeting SLA requirements.

Ideal candidates have an Associate's degree with 1–2 years of experience and strong problem-solving and communication skills to support critical business needs in a casino environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required with 1–2 years of experience.
• Strong computer, communication, and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Experience with help desk processes and hardware/software troubleshooting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Configure and install hardware and software that support critical business needs.
• Install and configure Windows OS.
• Install and rollout new desktop hardware.
• Assist with installation and rollout of new software packages, POS upgrades, and gaming system upgrades.
• Set up and connect peripheral equipment, including printers and scanners, and troubleshoot malfunctions.
• Receive and address service requests from end users or the help desk while meeting SLA requirements.
• Hardware asset management.
• Maintain inventory of all Windows OS computers and terminals and related parts and components.
• Keep service tickets up to date with progress and notes detailing repairs and services performed.
