STIHL is seeking a driven Commercial Solutions Specialist to join our team. This field-based role focuses on building relationships with dealers and commercial customers, delivering product demonstrations and training, and closing sales in the gas and battery segments.

The ideal candidate will reside in or near Boise, ID or be open to relocation; travel up to 75% is expected, with strong communication and CRM skills to support growth.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and work experience.
• 1–3 years of sales prospecting experience preferred.
• Travel up to 75% is required.
• Spanish language skills preferred but not required.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to use OneCRM and SAP as needed.
• STIHL product familiarity is required.

Responsabilidades

• Visit strategic commercial and municipal accounts to increase STIHL sales via product demonstrations and training.
• Identify and prospect new accounts; convert competitors to STIHL customers.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate product training programs for customers.
• Attend and support STIHL regional trade shows, trainings and dealer events.
• Maintain CRM and field reports; track competitor feedback and expenses.
• Attend sales and dealer meetings; perform other duties as assigned.
